Actress, comedian, writer and mental health advocate, Nika King stars as Leslie Bennett, in the Emmy Award-winning HBO series, EUPHORIA, alongside her TV daughters, Zendaya and Storm Reid. In this role, King draws from his childhood watching his family members struggle with addiction and overcome it triumphantly. It is from this determination and resilience that King provides dramatic perspective and newfound depth in this character.

In his new lecture, King tackles the subject of mental health, examining depression, anxiety and the possible ultimate collapse of alcohol and drugs for self-medication. She’ll share personal stories of how she brought exercise, healthy eating, and meditation into her daily routine, and discuss with brutal honesty what we can all do to achieve mental bliss.
