Humphrey, who has been a member of the Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center board of directors since 2016, is currently the vice chair of the governing body. His one-year term as Chairman of the Board of Directors began on January 1.

Humphrey previously served as a board member of the San Luis Obispo Community Counseling Center from 2017 to 2018.
